A few days ago, I bought an oven and I tried to bake palatable foods and nourishing vegetables and it was successful. The oven surely enriches my life by offering me more options in cooking foods.

Please help me with a natural version of the italic sentences.

See above.

You said "it was successful" so starting with "I tried to" makes no sense.
"Palatable foods" is very unnatural. We don't often use that adjective and "foods" is a bit meaningless.
Your piece suggested that you think that "foods" and "vegetables" are different things. They're not. Vegetables are food.

Have you never had an oven before? If not, it would make sense to start with something like "A few days ago, I bought my very first oven".
