[Grammar] a limited access?

Would you tell me which one of the following is correct?

a. I have a limited access to email while I am out of the office.
b. I have limited access to email while I am out of the office.

* The difference is whether there is "a" before "access".

If neither, then I should be grateful for your idea on how to improve the sentence so that it reads natural.

I think 'a' should not be used before 'access', an uncountable noun, but I am not a teacher.
