Hello, can you please help me with this lineup of product features to illustrate during a project presentation? I'd like to know if it is correct in English or if there's a better way to express them.
I hope I'm writing in the right forum section, and I thank you all so much in advance.
Here's the list:
- Streamlined room search
- Enhanced efficiency without wasting time and energy
- Heightened spatial awareness
- Enhanced environmental conditions
- Alleviated classroom congestion
- Access to historical data for more informed decision-making
- Automated classroom assignment tools
- Seamless data collection
- Simplified damage reporting process
- Augmented campus awareness, accompanied by recommendations to enhance campus quality

The second one seems redundant to me.

What did you do to alleviate classroom congestion? Did you send some of the kids to a different classroom?

What is this mystery product?

Thank you both for your responses!

This project is a university initiative that has already earned recognition by winning a challenge. We will be presenting it again in a 2-minute pitch in a few weeks. The core of our project is a web application that serves a dual purpose. It allows students to easily access classroom schedules and occupancy information, achieved by combining data from our in-house sensors with the university's classroom schedule data. Additionally, it provides valuable insights to the administration, aiding them in optimizing space utilization.

Our project addresses a common problem faced by university students, which is the inefficiency of physically searching for available classrooms "wasting time and energy". By "available," I mean that the classrooms need to be both free from scheduled lectures, and there should also be some seating capacity available for students to use.

Is this part of your university course? Is it going to be marked/graded?

Is there really such a problem? Do students have trouble finding available seats in a classroom?
