Which one is correct. Please review. Thanks.

1) As per my message on your voice mail, please be advised that the amounts for RRSPs will be as follows:
a) $@@ - Cdn Income
b) $@@ - ABC Inc.

Please acknowledge me by returning email. Thanks.

OR

2) As per message, please be advised that the amounts for RRSPs will be listed below:
a) $@@ - Cdn Income
b) $@@ - ABC Inc.

Please acknowledge receipt of this email. Thanks.

I don't know what RRSPs are, so I am guessing a little, but I think the following would probably be acceptable:

As per my voicemail message, please be advised that the cost of the RRSPs will be as follows:
a) $@@ - Cdn Income
b) $@@ - ABC Inc.
