Hello, teachers!

In this case, does "music-player" need a hyphen? It appears in some different texts written with and without it, so I wonder which one is right.

Your guidance and help will be greatly appreciated, as always ;).

Apparently, it gets one sometimes whether it needs it or not. No, I don't think so

Sure thing, emsr2d2! The hyphen in the following sentence seems odd to me 🤔:

Similarly, the iPhone is not the first mobile phone to incorporate a music-player, web browser or e-mail software.
