I was going to write a short message about state of my health:

Next week very busy with medical stuff to investigate some growth under my right eye. They take eye things very seriously. At least I can still us my one non "immobilized" eyeball to watch some stuff on TV.

See above.

I think you mean:

I have written a short message about the state of my health.

By "under" do you mean "beneath"?

Who is "They"? Doctors?

That's only the part of the massage which I was going to write. I thought about a possibility of writing something like this. The message itself hasn't been written yet.

I think you are right. As you can see I"m learning English from the internet. I apologize for bleeding eyes to those who suffer when reading my posts.

Yes

I was going to write a short message about state of my health:

As you can see, that's what you said, not what I said.

When we say we were going to do something that means we meant to do it, but we didn't. (That is not, I think, what you meant.)

Note my corrections above.

Any help appreciated. So if I replace that with "I was thinking about writing a short message about the state of my health. How about this:" then it will be correct, right? Could you lend me a helping hand with it?

That's OK, but I'd open with "I'm thinking about ..." or "I've been thinking about ...". Saying "I was thinking about" seems to suggest you're no longer considering it.

I don't think having a growth beneath/at the bottom part of your eyeball would immobilise it.
