Hello!
I am selecting an ecard to send friends for the upcoming Chinese New Year from an English ecard website.
In the flash of the ecard, an older Western man is waving a stick over a pot, meanwhile he is murmuring, " Abracadabra Gilli Gilli Hoo"! Then, there's a horse comes out. (This year is Year of Horse. )
I guess it is charm, but I am curious what Abracadabra Gilli Gilli Hoo means exactly, and whether or not it is related to any Western cultural background.
Many thanks!
