Your meaning is not clear, so trying to tell you how to write it is all difficult.
Have access to something does not necessarily mean actually going to/on that place.
I have access to my office on Saturdays and Sundays, but I'm rarely there.
The Land Rovers will leave the road and drive along the beach at 53th Street. They will return to the roads at 75th Street.
