''She plays piano well,He plays football well,I sing song well'' - The text in red is not correct English, you could say 'I sing well' or, 'I sing songs well'. Though 'can' is often added eg. 'I can sing well' or, 'I can sing songs well' to show ability.
What is the meaning of ''well'' in these sentences? - 'Well' in this context means that something is done in a good or skillful manner.
well done or just normal?

I would say that you "meet goals" and "achieve aims".

As far as "well" is concerned, it means that they do those things slightly better than "normal/standard".

In order of quality (from the worst to the best):

He plays the piano appallingly.
He plays the piano terribly.
He plays the piano badly.
He plays the piano adequately.
He plays the piano well.
He plays the piano very well.
He plays the piano really well.
He plays the piano brilliantly.
