Ed Sheeran speaks to Jack:

Ed Sheeran: All right, don't mind me. So, I've had the support act drop out of the European leg of the tour, and I was wondering if you'd consider it.

What does "act drop out of " mean?
Source: Yesterday 2019

He's talking about his support act, which backed out of the European leg of the tour.

Do you get it now, or do you need any further elucidation?

The band (act) that was supposed to perform (tour) with him (support him) dropped out - that is, the act decided not to open for him.

(Cross-post.)

Who is him?

Ed Sheeran

Ed Sheeran was due to go on tour (give a series of concerts) and a band was booked to accompany him on that tour as his support act (the band who play before the main act). That band decided not to go on the tour so Ed needs a replacement. He wants to know if Jack would like to take their place.

This is another case of misreading the grammatical structure. I'll highlight for you how it should be read:

I've had the support act drop out of the European leg of the tour
