What is the current rule on beginning a sentence with an adverbial conjunction? I know they tradionally follow a semicolon in proper grammar. Has this rule changed in recent years?

You posted a question on adverbial conjunctions at 17.56 (and then repeated it three minutes later). Now you have posted this one. It might be an idea to wait until one question has been discussed before trying another.
