I'm confused. Your first answer (which you deleted, saying "Wrong answer - I changed my mind") was "signed" (answer 2). You then said you think it's answer 2 so you haven't changed your mind at all!

I don’t know if something similar will appear on the use of past perfect. But I would like to know what is the grammar rule when there are 3 actions in order.

I don’t know if something similar will appear on the use of the past perfect no full stop here but I would like to know what is the grammar rule is when there are 3 three consecutive actions. in order.

Please note my corrections above. As a learner, don't try to start sentences with "And" or "But". It's perfectly acceptable in some contexts but it's difficult for learners to get right.
