Please, tell me if it is possible to say/write in English: After I´m done reading I will go out. This was the time clause I wanted students to translate using I have done or I have finished after preposition. Is I´m done correct? Thank you very much

Yes. You can use "I'm done" but you might want to use a comma after "reading" if this is a written sentence.
