I would like to check which of the following sentences is correct:

1) Please acknowledge your receipt of this email and confirm that all are in order.

2) Please acknowledge your receipt of this email and confirm that all is in order.

In that sentence "all" means 'everything'.
...(all)(everything) is in order.
