All you have to do is to listen. All you have to do is listen.
Are both of the sentences acceptable in grammar? Or is one of them more often used than the other one?
 
All you have to do is listen is more natural to me and, I think, more common in American English, but they're both grammatical.
 
1) All you have to obey/know... is to + verb.
2) All you have to do is (to) + verb.
And 'to' is more often omitted in sentence 2.
Am I right about the above?

All you have to do is + verb

I'll guess that the verb without to is much more common, since there's no good reason (that I can think of) to include it.
