Already have done/have already done ------ What’s the difference?

We will clear the debts within the next six months if it requires us to inject our personal money as we already have done.

Neither of them make much sense.

It's true they don't make sense, but "as we have already done" is more common than "as we already have done" in general, in sentences that do make sense.
But if it's not known whether we will be required to inject our personal money, why have we already done it?

We will clear the debt within the next six months even if we have to use some of our own money as we have done before.
