Hi there!

Is there a difference : Although, Though, even though?

for example, in this sentence:

She isn't English. she speaks English perfectly.

We can say:

- Although she isn't English, she speaks English perfectly.
- Though she isn't English, she speaks English perfectly.
- Even though she isn't English, she speaks English perfectly.

Which sentence is correct?

- Although she isn't English, she speaks English perfectly.
- Though she isn't English, she speaks English perfectly.
- Even though she isn't English, she speaks English perfectly.
All are correct, as is :

She isn't English; she speaks English perfectly, though.

'Even though' suggests a greater contrast of ideas, a more unexpected situation, than the others.

I'd just like to point out that that Australians, Canadians, Irish, Scots, and Americans (as well as residents of some other countries I don't mean to insult by their omission) tend to speak pretty good English, despite not being English.
