( B ) I believe him to be honest.
( B ) I believe him honest.
( C ) I believe that he is honest.

( C ) I saw him run away.
( C ) I saw him running away.
( A ) I saw him to be running away.

( C ) He was seen to run away.
( C ) He was seen running away.
( A ) He was seen to be running away.

( C ) He made me go
( C ) I was made to go by him.

( C ) He made me happy.
( C ) I was made to be happy by him.
( A ) I was made happy by him.

1. Is this your homework?
2. Please use more appropriate thread titles, using one, some or all of the words from your query. A good title would have been "I believe him to be honest".

1. Oh, no~ I wish I were a student who has homework. I made these questions because I'm confused about correctness of some of those sentences.
2. I got it. I will.

Thank you for your answer in advance.

Hello guys~~

A : grammatically incorrect
B : grammatically correct but rarely used
C : grammatically correct and commonly used

( B ) I believe him to be honest. I would give this a "correct and commonly used" rating.
( B ) I believe him honest. I don't think this is "rare" but perhaps not as common as the one above.
( C ) I believe that he is honest.

( C ) I saw him run away.
( C ) I saw him running away.
( A ) I saw him to be running away.
( C ) He was seen to run away. I'd go with B on this.
( C ) He was seen running away.
( A ) He was seen to be running away.

( C ) He made me go
( C ) I was made to go by him. Rarely used. Don't use this.

( C ) He made me happy.
( C ) I was made to be happy by him. So unnatural that you may was well think of this as incorrect.
( A ) I was made happy by him. This is grammatical and much more natural than the one above.

Those are my thoughts.
