Hi, can you please check the following sentences? Thank you.

Long Summary
Vikram, a dreaded encounter specialist is tasked with taking down a dreaded criminal, Vedha. One fine day, while the team is prepping with special arms to hunt down Vedha, the notorious gangster walks into the police station and surrender himself to the police, with the intention of coming clean. But is that Vedha’s true intention, or does he have something more sinister in mind?

Short Summary
A notorious gangster Vedha surrenders himself to encounter specialist Vikram whom he challenges to encounter him. Why? What compels Vedha to do this?

What does "encounter specialist" mean?

The Mumbai police have a major problem with organized crime. And while it is generally agreed that the Indian courts dispense real justice, they are notoriously very slow about it. So some or many, if not all, officers have adopted the strategy of shooting suspects dead and claiming that it was in self-defence or done while the suspect was attempting to flee. Those officers are encounter specialists.

Wow! I've heard some misleading job titles before but "encounter specialist" for "murderer" is a new one on me!

Triple wow!
What a horrible euphemism.

The nearest I can think of is shoot to kill.

No language owns this word but it is only in India :)They go on to encounter the crime bosses and terrorists who ruled the city. It’s like “Death Squad”
