I'm afraid I can't recommend any resources to you - that's not my field of expertise.

In the future, though, please give your threads better titles - like "Resources for Teaching Listening Comprehension" and please don't use "chat" language like "plz" for "please."

Have you tried Google Scholar- it has plenty of stuff on any area of teaching.
