Yes. (If you met her at the same time you probably met her together, and vice versa.)

It depends on what you are trying to say. Perhaps you have a friend called Jane. Jane asked you to meet her at 3pm. She also asked her friend John to meet her at 3pm. You came to meet her from school. John came to meet her from work. You both turned up around 3pm and then there were 3 of you. However, you and John did not arrive together and you did not meet her together.

You can only 'meet her together' with a third person and not her alone.

If you went to the same place together, you almost certainly met her at the same time. You could have met her at the same time even though you were not together until you arrived at the meeting place.
