Why does the first native speaker say "There are five members TO:-? our family?" In another thread I started today I have been told it's a mistake. Do you also think so?

P.S. I want to include this recording in a textbook (with audio), but if it's a mistake, I am not sure if I should. Is it a bad mistake?
