On behalf of my family and on my own behalf, I would like to thank all of you for attending my daughter's wedding.

Are there any errors in my sentence?

Thanks.

Saying "I would like to thank you" makes it clear that you are thanking them so there is no need for "on my own behalf". You could add "entire" or "whole" to ensure you encompass everyone, including yourself.

On behalf of my whole/entire family, I would like to thank you all for attending my daughter's wedding.

Does it take place at the reception? (I'm not sure what they call it in Malaysia.)
