Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. We see this event as going to be a big phenomenon.

2. I thought you would take the day off for the royal marriage.

3. Is that how you would calculate this ratio?

1. Not natural - maybe "We see this event becoming a big phenomenon"

2. Natural

3. Natural

Not a teacher.

I think more people would use the word "wedding" to describe the ceremony during which the marriage commences.
