I talked to some Indoniesians just now when I was eating in a restaurant. I have some questions about what I have said.

If I want to make sure they're tourists, is it natural to say "Are you seeing this city?"

If I want to ask them to see whether they have visited this city before, is it natural to say "Have you ever come here before?"

No.
Are you tourists?
Are you visitors here

is it natural to say "Have you ever come here before?"
No.
Have you been here before?
Is this your first time here?

Note the spelling of Indonesians.
