When a person wants to know your name,we can say he or she asks you my name but is it also acceptable to say he or she asks me for/my age

Normally, it would be "asks me my name".

And we can ask both together:
She asked me my name and age.

I would probably use "She asked me my name" but I have no problem with "She asked my name". Of course, only context would make it clear whether she asked the question to me or to someone else.
