I would choose "to".
 
Strangely, in Cambridge dictionary online, the preposition "of" is more commonly used after the word "aspect" and before another noun. For example: which aspects of the job do you most enjoy?

I'm wondering if there is a rule as to whether to use "to" or "of"?

I would choose "to".
