Kindly assist in this sentence. I don't whether I indicated it properly.

"Weight gain is the corollary of the arrival of the bakery just across my house".

Your sentence is very awkward.

The bakery that just opened across from my house will surely result in my gaining weight.
 
This isn't a correct use of "corollary." The bakery opening up nearby is not some "rule" or "proposition" that has been proved.

You could say your weight gain is a consequence of the bakery opening.
