Which one of the following sentences is more natural?

1) I'll finish my job at the weekend.

2) I'll finish my job on the weekend.

3) I'll finish my job over the weekend.

BrE doesn't use "on the weekend" at all so, for me, #2 is wrong. However, it is used in other variants.

There is a slight difference in meaning between #1 and #3. #1 means that you'll complete it at some point during the weekend. #3 means that you will work on it, possibly in several separate instances, over Saturday and Sunday.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "I'll finish my job" though. Are you talking about a piece of work or about your actual employment? If it's the former, I'd say something like "I'll finish the work ...". If it's the latter, I'd say "I'm leaving my job this weekend".

"On the weekend" would be OK in AmE and in that context.
