I've some trouble with the vowel "of". at the end of the game. Do I be silent o only f and use F to speak

I've some trouble I have a problem with the vowel in "of". For example, in "at the end of the game", Do I be silent is the "o" silent (we only pronounce the "f") and use F to speak?
