I hope all is OK with you, You have showed an interest to get some loan from commercial and ask me an advice. I want you to know the exact situation here. All commercial bank those giving loan to their customer which is againt colletral that means you have to surred or hand over your property documents. After getting your property paper they will give you a loan which 25% the vaule of property and charge heavy mark up.
I dont want you to get the loan from bank. why dont you ask your father he is well off I hope he will give you a handsome amount without mark up.
