Hello. This is my first question.
I wonder if I can rephrase #1 like #2.

#1 I am concerned that many students are poor at expressing their own opinions.
#2 I am concerned about many students being poor at expressing their own opinions.

Although the second sentence is grammatical, it's somewhat clumsy and somewhat unnatural.

Did you rephrase that sentence for grammar or paraphrasing practice?
