Hi,
I came across the expression: "Eat it or beat it".
Could it mean something like "Take it or let it be" or "Either you take it or leave it"?

It's appeared in the Futurama episode..
Here is the context:
Man #1: What are you selling? Popplers? Never heard of 'em.
Bender: Eat it or beat it.
[Fry hands the man a bag and he eats some.]
Man #1: Mmm, these are great. Boys, this is your lucky day. I'm Joe Gilman.

Thanks

i

(Not a teacher).

Yes, this sounds logical to me.
Either the "take" or the "eat" - not sure.
But the "leave it" should be okay!

Cheers!
