1) He was talking to Jane, beautiful and elegant.
2) He invited Jane over, beautiful and elegant.
3) He called Jane to the stage, beautiful and elegant.
4) He was talking to Jane, beautiful.

Are all these sentences correct?
In all of them, Jane is beautiful and elegant.

To me only '4' seems incorrect. I think the adjectival phrase cannot be one word.
 
No. Perhaps:

He was talking to Jane, a beautiful, elegant young woman.
 
They are all not correct.

You could also say:
He was talking to beautiful and elegant Jane.
