Hi

I am writing an instruction but finding it difficult to determine which is more appropriate:

'Please warn that any further missed appointments may result in becoming de-registered from the practice.', or 'Please warn that any further missed appointments may result in being de-registered from the practice.'

I would appreciate your advice.

By 'de-registered', it is a term used when we remove a patient from the patient register.

Many thanks
