Once again assembled here . . .’

As far as I know it's some school song.

Does it mean: Lord, send (behold) your blessing upon us who once again assembled here ...

I would say it means "see us assembled here with your blessing".
 
Wow! That takes me back, Guest.

It's the hymn we used to sing at the beginning of every new term at my old school in the fifties.

At the end of term we sang the companion version:

Lord, dismiss us with Thy blessing,
Thanks for mercies past receive.
