1)"Being there a lot of people in the hall, we stepped outside."

OR

2)"There being a lot of people in the hall,..........................."

OR

3)"A lot of people being in the hall,.................................."

OR

4)"Being a lot of people in the hall,.................................."

Are they all acceptable?

No.
2 is the better way whilst 3 is acceptable.
Discard 1 and 4.

2 and 3 can be heard, as can 4 (though 4 is probably more Americanised, certainly informal, clearly awkward).

Would Americans accept 4) "being a lot of people...." in speech?

I think not, even in formal circumstances. But we might have a US perpective if a user here sees this thread.

I can't imagine using #4 in speech or writing.

Of those options, I would only ever use #2.

I consider the others to be wrong.

I think 4 is really 2, but without 'there'. It's common in speech to omit words that ought to be included. (I'm) Not saying I'd use it. Too perfunctory for me.

Being in a hurry, I must go now.

4)"Being a lot of people in the hall,.................................."
Being in a hurry, I must go now. This is an inversion of "I, being in a hurry, must go now" it is different from #4 quoted above, which is an unsuccessful inversion of "A lot of people being in the hall,..".

"(There) being a lot of people......................" ?

Is it possible to leave "there" out "Being a lot ogf people"?

As there are a lot of people in the hall ...
As I am in a hurry ...

Being a lot of people in the hall ...
Being in a hurry ...

It's not formally correct, as I mentioned, but it can be heard (especially amongst Americans).

It's less incorrect than your display of ellipses. :)
