Am I writing the correct sentence by using "better place"?

To make the environment clean, we will have a better place.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say but I don't think it's what you're currently saying. Do you mean something like "If we clean up the environment, we will have a better a place to live"?
What do you mean by "environment"? Are you talking large-scale (like climate change scale) or small-scale (your local area)?

If you want to start with "To make the environment clean", you have to follow it with a description of ways in which we can do that. For example, "To make the environment clean, we must all stop using fossil fuels".

Is it ok now?

Too much rubbish in the ocean. We need to take an action clean our environment. To make a better a place to live.

There is too much rubbish in the ocean. We need to take [strike]an[/strike] action to clean our environment. It would make the world a better a place to live.

Yes, it's better now.

The sentence was supposed to say:

We need to take action to clean our environment.

I missed something I shouldn't have missed.
