I want to understand the meaning of "box to box" in the OED and will include it in my language dictionary translation. Can you quote its meaning in the OED? The OED is paywalled so I can't access it.

I've never heard the phrase. Where did you find it and in what context?

I can see one OED definition for free. If your context is football-related, it might be the right one:

"Designating a player, typically a midfielder, with a style of play characterised by moving from one end of the pitch to the other quickly."

Yes it is football-related. That's clear now.
