Policeman: Believe me, if I was the Commissioner, I'd put him in the ***** (bungle chart?) (bunco squad)

I can't be sure of the two words that I substituted for ****
I think that it could also be "bunco chart", if it means a list of swindlers, but I am not sure if it is correct to use chart instead of list or file.

Thanks GoesStation, it makes completely sense. The film is Fright, 1956. It doesn't have subtitles in any language.

I know it from contexts like the linked film clip. It was American police slang for "fraud" in the 1930s through the '50s, if not longer. Police anti-fraud units were called bunco squads.
