Please check the following:

1) Call/text me on my number.

2) Call/text me on 5674578.

3) Call/text me on my phone.

4) Call/text me at 5677456.

5) Give a missed call on 85667.

6) Give a missed call at 85667.

When to use "on" and when to use "on"? Could you please explaine it to me?

1.a. Call me
b. Text me.
2.a. Call me at 567-4578
b. Text me at 567-4578

I guess you mean to say Call me back.

These days when you call call somebody they already have your phone number. Also, if I want somebody to have my number I simply tell them what it is. However, if I had to use one I'd use at.

Call me on ...
Text me on ...

We use "at" with email addresses.

In BrE, I would not use at for a phone number.

It seems to be another AmE/BrE difference.
😐

We use "at" with email addresses.
But others are saying that we email something "to" an email address

I guess I'm one of those others. The wah I see it you send an email to someone. Or you send an email to an email address

It depends on the sentence.

You can email me at [email address].
You can email it to [email address].
