"Can I ask a favour of you?"

Please check.
 
It's fine.
 
You will notice, I'm sure, that "of you" is correct in this post, with "favour", but it was incorrect in your other post, with "question". Sometimes you just have to learn which collocations work and which don't.
 
What about "Can I ask you a favor?"

You mean "can I ask a question of you."
