Hello, javiechang.:-D

I feel "Based on the figure in the chart, I've come to the conclusion that...' is natural.

Hi (no comma required) everyone. (insert space after full stop) In the [strike]following[/strike] sentence "According to the figure in the chart, I have come to the conclusion that ...', can I replace the phrase 'according to' with 'in terms of' or 'in light of'? [strike]??[/strike]

For a start, I find "According to ..., I have come to the conclusion that ..." very unnatural. I would use "Based on the figure(s) in the chart, I have come to the conclusion that ...". Neither "in light of" nor "in terms of" have quite the same meaning.

Please note my other amendments to your post. Remember to put a space after a full stop, comma, question mark or exclamation and that one single punctuation mark at the end of a sentence is sufficient.

Edit: As you can see, tzfujimino and I were posting at the same time and came to the same conclusion. :)
