Hello everyone,
Hope you are well :)

Can you please help me find suitable words to talk about this,

They say the walls have ears, but I want to say "I can hear my house whispers" which expression can I use.
Can I say "the house stones whisper", or, "the house walls whisper" , which one sound natural?

Thanks and best wishes,

Welcome to the forum, Besbesnao! (y)

Neither sound natural.

More context is needed before I can answer your question. What are the house stones whispering? What are the walls whispering? Are you the only person who can hear the whispers? Are you discussing your observations with a friend or are you writing a short story? Please give us a little more insight into what you are thinking.

Thank you.

Well, it's a short story.
The person is the leader, he is hyper-aware, dependable. The expression is a figurative way of saying he is hyper-aware.
In this context, the person knows what happens in every corner of their house; what comes, and what goes, and (what is being said >but here I want to use " they even can hear the house walls whispers)
"_"

The expression "walls have ears" doesn't mean the walls are listening. It just means "You never know who may hear what you're saying".

The expression is a figurative way of saying he is hyper-aware.

I'm afraid most people wouldn't be sure what you mean if you just said "He can hear the house walls whispering".

You'd have to explain what you mean. He knows everything. He even knows what the walls of his house say to each other.

There might be an expression or idiom that describes a very perceptive person but I can't think of one offhand.

They say the walls have ears no comma here but I want to say "I can hear my house whispers". Which expression can I use?
Can I say "The house stones whisper" no comma here or no comma here "The house walls whisper"? Which one sounds natural?

Thanks and best wishes.
Please note my corrections above. Also note that your first, second and final sentences were entirely unnecessary. There's no need for opening greetings or closing salutations. Keep it short and to the point. You need to work on your punctuation.

You have a good opportunity here to write a striking passage
I'd play up the fantasy exaggeration of hearing even the things the house says.

You can elaborate on the concept using this structure.
He is aware of everything that goes on inside the house.
He perceives everything.
He hears the walls whisper, and the stones moan.
He knows what the glass is saying when it rattles in the window frames, and what the dry twigs mean as they scrape against the roof.
