The dialogue is mine.

A: What do you usually do when you colleagues gossip too much?
B: Nothing. I’ve gotten used to it already. I don’t pay attention.
A: Okay, but what do you do when they spread rumors? What do you do when you hear rumors about you?

Should I use the reflexive "yourself" or just "you"?

Say:

What do you do when you hear rumors about yourself?

I'm puzzled about "already"; I can't figure out why it's there.
