Can "I would never do that" be used in place of "I never do that"? Would the usage of "would" change the meaning, or is it superfluous, or is it okay but not natural?

P.S. Please correct any errors above.

You can substitute one for the other, but they don't mean the same thing.

Why is your PS not in your signature line?

Fair enough; I didn't notice that.

'I never do that' is a simple statement of fact. Eg, 'I never eat Marmite'.

'I would never do that' excludes the possibility of doing something whatever the circumstances. Eg, 'I would never eat Marmite even if my life depended on it'.

Of course, there is a get-out clause: 'I would never eat Marmite unless my life depended on it.'

Are both "It just was left unanswered for..." in post #4 and "It was just left unanswered for..." correct and mean exactly same?

"Just" has no logical place in that sentence, regardless of its position.

'Just' can be replaced with 'already'.
It has already been left unanswered for over 10 days.

I wanted to convey "The reason why you may not have noticed is that it was answered after a long time" by telling "It's just that it was left unanswered for ..." and still contracted it by the sentence I posted in post#4, "It just was left unanswered for... Is it incorrect?

This is just because it was left unanswered for over 10 days.

The construction in bold is incorrect. The construction I have marked in red is correct.
