Can we say you either or you too in English?

If somebody says to her friend you made me sad, can her friend says in reply to what she said 'you too' (you made me sad too). One of my students asked me this question. I wonder if this structure is possible in English!

Yes, in context it would be quite obvious what was meant.

You too is very common in English.

You can say 'you too' but not 'you either'.
