Hi,

I used to believe the only correct way to read decimals would be individual numbers as in,

A) 23.324 (Twenty-three point three two four)

Now, I've seen it's also possible to say,

B) Twenty-three and three hundred twenty four thousandths

My question is if we can add 'and' after hundred, as it's common usage in British English? (Correct me if I'm wrong, please.)

C)
Twenty-three and three hundred and twenty four thousandths
