3. All charges incurred by UPS so far for the above order, have already been forwarded to your Finance Department. Need context/explanation. Why would "charges incurred" (acquired) by an organization/business (UPS) be forwarded to a Finance Department.? Is "incurred" necessary?

Note my changes to all five sentences. You used "finance department" in #1 and #2 but "Finance Department" in #3, #4 and #5. Why did you change your mind about the capitalisation?

To be honest, I'm not sure what any of them means. I think you're trying to say "We have sent the invoice(s) for the work mentioned above to your finance department". Is that right?
