Dear teachers,

I hear a teacher say 'when you check in to a hotel, your're there and you're letting them know that you would like to start staying there at that time'.

I wonder if there's a difference between 'check in to a hotel' and 'check in at a hotel'?

Thank you!

There is no difference, in my opinion.
